By accessing GoodsOp or purchasing a digital product through Goods Operator, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are practical starter copy and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied on for legal compliance.
Using GoodsOp
GoodsOp provides public product pages, sales pages, checkout flows, account access, package pages, and related content for digital goods. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Digital product purchases
Products listed on GoodsOp may be free or paid. When you purchase a product, you agree to the price, product description, included assets, and delivery method shown at checkout or on the product page. Digital goods are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Account responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for using the same email address associated with your purchases when you need account or delivery support.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse GoodsOp, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private buyer content, attack the service, use the site for fraud, distribute malware, infringe on intellectual property, or use purchased products in a way that violates their license or applicable law.
Intellectual property
Content on GoodsOp, including product pages, articles, tools, designs, and product assets, is owned by Goods Operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated. A purchase gives you a license to use the product for the purposes described on the product page. It does not give you permission to resell, redistribute, publicly post, or claim ownership of the product.
Digital goods access
After checkout, access may be delivered through a package page, buyer account, email link, downloadable file, or external tool link. See the Digital Delivery Policy for more detail. GoodsOp may update, replace, or remove delivery methods as the platform changes.
Payments and checkout
Checkout is processed by Stripe. GoodsOp does not store full card details. Prices, currencies, taxes, and available payment methods may vary by product or checkout session.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are reviewed under the GoodsOp Refund Policy. Because digital goods can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the issue, timing, and delivery status.
Disclaimers
Products and content are provided as-is. Results vary depending on how a buyer uses the product. Goods Operator does not guarantee specific business, creative, financial, or operational outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Goods Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GoodsOp or any product purchased through it.
