Information we collect
GoodsOp may collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and basic account activity. If you purchase a product, GoodsOp may store purchase details such as product name, purchase email, order status, entitlement status, Stripe session or payment identifiers, and delivery activity needed to provide access.
GoodsOp also collects information you provide through support requests, email messages, opt-in forms, and account actions.
Payments and Stripe
Payments are handled by Stripe. GoodsOp does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or complete payment credentials. Stripe may provide limited payment, customer, receipt, and transaction information that GoodsOp uses to confirm purchases, provide access, process refunds, and respond to billing questions.
Analytics, cookies, and UTMs
GoodsOp uses Google Analytics 4 to measure public site traffic and marketing performance. Analytics may include page paths, product slugs, referral sources, campaign parameters, device and browser information, checkout-start events, purchases, package opens, downloads, and other aggregate interaction events.
GoodsOp may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and UTM parameters to understand how visitors find and use the site. We do not intentionally send buyer email addresses, full names, full payment details, mailing addresses, or private account information as Google Analytics event parameters.
How we use information
Information is used to operate GoodsOp, provide access to purchased digital goods, manage accounts, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, measure product and site performance, and improve the platform.
Third party services
GoodsOp may use third-party processors including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for analytics, Firebase or related authentication and data services for accounts, Vercel for hosting and web analytics, and email or support tools for communications. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
GoodsOp keeps account, purchase, support, and analytics records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain buyer access, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
Your choices
You can disable cookies in your browser, unsubscribe from marketing emails if offered, and contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
